New Patient Registration

Before you can register with our surgery patients are requested to produce two proofs of identification. One should be a form of photographic ID such as a passport or driving licence and one must confirm your address like a utility bill or bank statement.

As a guide our practice area covers Bitterne, Bursledon, Netley, Sholing, Weston, Woolston (this side of the bridge). Precise boundaries are demarcated by Station Rd Netley to Hamble Lane, up to Windhover roundabout, along Bursledon Rd to Athelstan Rd, then along the water line, back to Station Rd Netley.

All patients both old and new, are registered with a Named Accountable GP.

Please see a GP for repeat medication that you have been receiving from your previous doctor before you have run out/need a new supply.

Medical treatment is available from the date of registration. Please contact reception for further information.
