How To Sign Up For Online Services - SystmOnline

Once signed up, you will be able to:

• book blood test and some non-urgent GP appointments online
• order your repeat prescriptions
• change your nominated pharmacy
• view your GP record: including your previous consultations, medications, allergies, vaccinations and test results.

To use the SystmOnline service, you need to come to the GP practice with photo ID (e.g. driving licence, passport) and request a SystmOnline username and password.

You cannot register for this service online because the practice needs to verify your identity.
