Covid 19 Important Update:

Face Coverings

From Monday 22 June 2020 you will be required to wear face coverings at all times whilst in the surgery.

Due to limited stock you will be required to provide your own face covering, this could be a hand made mask or scarf.

Face masks are available to buy at local pharmacies.

EXCEPTIONS:

  • Children aged under 11 years
  • If you have breathing difficulties
  • If you have a disability which prevents you having the use of a mask - please do let reception know.

From Wednesday 4 May 2020 St Peter's Surgery becomes a Cold Site

The St Peter's team are still here to support you!

From Monday 4 May we will become a 'Cold site'. We are still here offering our patients help, advice and support.

Don't worry, if you do need to see a doctor or nurse, we will make sure you are looked after and directed to the care you need.

  • FACE to FACE appointments - Doctors are seeing patients face to face, these appointments are booked by the GP following a telephone triage appointment only.
  • NURSE appointments are pre-booked for essential purposes only.
  • PLEASE BE ASSURED - if you are attending the practice for an appointment we have strict procedures in place to keep patients and staff safe.
  • WE WILL STILL BE TAKING PHONECALLS, please phone  02380 438397.
  • PLEASE CALL US for ALL appointments and queries.
  • PRESCRIPTION REQUESTS - please post through the letter box on the front door, request online (if you have this service set up) or via the NHS App.
  • We are no longer issuing paper prescriptions please ensure you have nominated a pharmacy for electronic prescriptions
  • For advice from the doctor, self help information or admin requests please complete and submit an eConsult request form on our website.
