Online Services

URGENT NOTICE - CORONAVIRUS

ONLINE APPOINTMENT BOOKING  has been suspended.

If you need help please fill out an eConsult request (see below).

We would ask that if you are seeking help for a non-urgent problem or something you don’t need to see a doctor / nurse face to face for (eg any forms / sick notes/ general advice / contraception / blood test requests) you complete an eConsult request (see below).

Please also download the NHS app which will allow you to request all prescriptions on line. In order that you do not have to come to the surgery to collect your prescriptions please ensure you have nominated a pharmacy for electronic prescriptions.

WE NOW OFFER THE FOLLOWING 'ONLINE SERVICES'

* APPOINTMENT BOOKINGS/CANCELLATIONS ( for GP routine appointments only, NOT nurse appointments)

* PRESCRIPTION REQUESTING ( for current repeat medication items only)

* ACCESS TO HEALTH RECORDS (summary information and detailed coded records)

This service is provided through our Clinical Software supplier and is called System One Online Services.

You will be able to book, cancel GP appointments, request repeat medication and now view a summary and detailed coded information of your Health Records at this Practice using the internet.

Firstly, you will need to complete a registration form which is available from Reception. Registration can only be completed by handing your completed form into reception in person. For your own security proof of ID will be required (e.g passport, driving licence, utility bill). Once registered, you will be given information that will enable you to create a unique Username and Password.

Once your account has been created and activated you will be able to:

1. Book, cancel and view your appointments online.

2. Request prescriptions for items on your 'current repeat medication' only. Requests for medication not on this list must be requested directly with the Surgery (not by telephone).

3. View your Health Records (summary information and detailed coded records).

If you are currently registered to use the 'Online Services' and would like this to include access to your Health Records, please contact the surgery to request this.
